Mark Salisbury has a mini-excavator he said we could borrow/use for a
couple weeks. He will also provide machine transportation to and from
the hill.
We will scout and route, clip and clear lines so they are walkable for
others to check out.
We propose hiring D-Mac Trail Inc. to provide professional consultation
regarding the feasibility of our scouted lines and to provide an
estimate on time and cost of the projects.
Fund-raising to help cover costs.
Hire an operator to start the work and train trail crew leaders.
Build in March & April.
